I was disappointed when my order showed up. The box was flimsy and already half crushed, and there was almost no padding inside to protect the item. One corner ended up dented, so it felt like nobody put much effort into packing it properly. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. Customer service also took a while to get back to me, which didn’t help. It kind of gives the impression that Rest is more focused on saving money than making sure customers actually get their stuff in good shape. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I had a little spill and figured I’d try washing the cover at home... it came out clean with no weird shrinking or hassle. Super easy, tbh.

Rest.com was easy to navigate, but as someone who really watches travel costs, the final price didn’t feel very fair. A few extra charges popped up and made the total higher than I expected, which was frustrating. It’s not a terrible site, but I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the pricing is much clearer upfront.

I was really hoping I’d like this, especially because I feel like this brand/product used to be better. It feels comfortable when I first get into bed, but after a few hours it starts holding in heat and I wake up too warm most nights, even with light sheets. Maybe it would work fine for someone who sleeps cold, but it just wasn’t breathable enough for me. I gave it 2 stars because it’s not completely terrible, just not what I was expecting...

I did have to wait longer than I expected to hear back from support, which was a little frustrating in the moment. They did eventually reply and help me out, though. It reminded me that not every experience has to be perfect to still end up okay, but quicker communication would definitely make a big difference.

I did sleep a bit better on a few nights, so I can’t say it did nothing. But it wasn’t consistent, and I still woke up a couple times and felt tired in the morning. It’s not bad, just kind of average for me. I was hoping it would help enough that I wouldn’t feel like I was losing another night of decent sleep, but it didn’t quite get me there

I’ve been using this for a bit now and, it really does keep me cool through the night. Who wants to wake up sweaty and uncomfortable, right? So far, it’s been a huge improvement for my sleep

Everything came exactly as I ordered it, which was a relief because I was checking the package while making dinner and half-expecting something to be missing. But nope, it was all there and correct

I really wanted to like Rest, but the drying time wore me down. Things were still damp way longer than I expected, and I kept having to either wait around or run it again. After a while it just felt like one more service that needs babysitting, and I’m kind of tired of that. It’s not the worst thing I’ve used, but for everyday use it got frustrating. 2 stars

This actually keeps me cool all night. I used to wake up sweaty, but that hasn’t been happening anymore. Even my husband noticed I’m sleeping better now.

So... I really wanted to like this, but my skin got insanely itchy after I used it. I don’t usually react to stuff that quickly, but after one night I had red patches on my arms and neck. I ended up having to stop using it and wash everything. It might be fine for some people, but if you have sensitive skin like me, I’d be careful.

I went in expecting one of those moments where the price looks fine and then everything somehow falls apart, but nope — plot twist, it was actually solid. I paid less than I thought I would, the service held up, and I walked away with zero complaints. For what you get, it’s a great deal...

I’ve been using rest.com for a little while now, and overall it’s been comfy. It did take me maybe a night or so to get used to it, but I think my sleep has been a bit better since then.

I’d skip this if you’re on the fence. It felt way heavier than I expected, and the way it drapes is just kind of awkward. I couldn’t get comfortable in it, so it ended up being a miss for me

I ordered this from rest.com thinking it would be a standard fit, like nothing I’d have to think too much about, but when I put it on the bed it just felt a little smaller than it should. The photos made it look like it would drape more nicely, but mine didn’t really do that.
The corners keep wanting to pull up, which gets annoying because I’m fixing it more than I expected to, and there isn’t much extra fabric hanging over the sides either. My mattress isn’t some huge extra-thick one or anything, so I was kind of surprised by how tight it felt.
It’s not completely terrible, and I’ll probably use it for now, but for the price I really thought the coverage would be better. Maybe it works fine on a thinner mattress, but for me it was just a bit disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I had to return one item, it went smoother than I thought it would. The refund did take a few days to show up, so I’d say just be patient and keep an eye on your account. Support got back to me and helped sort everything out, which I appreciated. Not a flawless experience, but overall good.

I bought it from rest.com and yeah, I was actually surprised by how good the quality is. It feels sturdy, not like cheap stuff, and it’s been holding up really well so far. I’m happy with it.
